为了更好的服务TAPD合作伙伴版(tapd.tencent.com)的用户,优化TAPD合作伙伴版在账号申请及管理上的效率,同时提升离岸账号的安全性,TAPD合作伙伴版的账号体系将于2024年1月15日升级至太湖•腾讯离岸账号与身份认证中心(https://odc-tai.it.tencentcs.com/),并将于2024年4月1日正式下线TAPD合作伙伴版原有的账号密码登录方式,届时将仅支持通过太湖进行登录。为了您的使用体验,请尽快将您的TAPD合作伙伴版账号升级至太湖。


太湖•腾讯离岸账号与身份认证中心简介

太湖•腾讯离岸账号与身份认证中心是由太湖团队针对腾讯离岸研发场景打造的统一账号管理体系,业务方可通过太湖进行账号的创建、管理等操作,合作伙伴可以通过邮件自主进行账号的激活、重置等操作,也能够使用到更加安全的 2FA 等登录方式。同时,也可以通过太湖一个账号,实现多个不同的离岸研发工具,如TAPD、工蜂、蓝盾(对接中)等平台的登录,有效的解决了过往不同离岸平台不同账号的痛点,也为各平台之间的对接打下了良好的基础。


影响范围

本次TAPD合作伙伴版登录页的下线,主要受影响的是部分还未升级的存量用户。因此,这部分用户TAPD账号关联的邮箱将会陆续收到TAPD升级太湖账号的邮件指引,根据指引完成TAPD账号升级太湖的操作后,即可在后续直接使用太湖账号登录和使用TAPD合作伙伴版。

其他的用户,包括新增用户和已经完成升级的存量用户,不受此次登录页下线的影响

1. 如何判断自己该通过何种方式登录TAPD?

   答:对于新增用户,由于已经是在太湖进行账号创建,因此需要通过太湖(https://odc-tai.it.tencentcs.com/)进行登录。

   

   对于存量用户,升级为太湖账号后,同样需要通过太湖的登录页进行登录;

   

   升级为太湖账号前,还需通过TAPD的账号密码进行登录。

   

   但由于TAPD合作伙伴版的账号密码登录方式将于2024年4月1日下线,届时将仅支持通过太湖进行账号登录,建议您和您的团队尽快完成账号的升级。

2. 已经完成了太湖账号的初始化或者升级,如何使用TAPD?

   答:登录到太湖,在应用列表中点击TAPD合作伙伴版即可自动登录跳转至TAPD合作伙伴版进行使用。

3. 收不到太湖的激活或者升级邮件怎么办?

   答:可以联系您的接口人,由接口人在企业微信上联系 2000(TEG技术支持) 转太湖,说明太湖离岸账号无法收到邮件,并提供邮箱寻求支持。

4. 如果没有升级到太湖,会影响到存量账号的使用吗?

   答:存量账号在未升级太湖前,仍然可以通过原有方式在TAPD合作伙伴版登录,不会影响TAPD的正常使用,但TAPD的登录页将于2024年4月1日下线,届时将仅支持通过太湖进行账号登录,建议您和您的团队尽快完成账号的升级。

5. 为什么账号突然提示被冻结了?

   答:太湖离岸身份认证中心有登录保护机制,如果连续输入错误5次,将会自动冻结账号,可以通过邮件进行解冻。

6. 升级到太湖离岸身份认证中心有什么好处?

   答:一是效率的提升,业务可通过太湖完成账号的创建和管理,合作伙伴可以通过邮件自主完成账号的密码管理,不同离岸工具间通过统一的账号能够更快速的完成系统间的对接;二是安全的提升,通过太湖可直接通过邮件发送账号初始化信息,规避了过往通过企微明文发送账密的风险,并且人员入离场可以及时冻结账号,避免越权访问,同时后期也会有更多的密码安全策略、MFA 等账号安全能力。

To better serve the users of TAPD Partner Edition (tapd.tencent.com), enhance the efficiency of account applications and management within the TAPD Partner Edition, and to improve the security of offshore accounts, the TAPD Partner Edition account system will be upgraded to TAI (https://odc-tai.it.tencentcs.com/) on January 15, 2024. From April 1, 2024, the original account password sign-in method for the TAPD Partner Edition will be officially discontinued. At that time, sign-ins will only be supported through TAI. Please upgrade your TAPD Partner Edition account to TAI as soon as possible for your continued experience.


Introduction to TAI

TAI is a unified account management system created by the TAI team for Tencent offshore R&D scenarios. Within TAI, businesses can handle account creation and management, while partners can independently activate and reset their accounts via email. This also implements more secure login methods such as 2FA. Additionally, a single account in TAI enables login to various offshore R&D tools such as TAPD, Git (Code Bees), and Blue Shield (connecting) platforms. This effectively solves past pain points of different offshore platforms requiring different accounts and lays a solid foundation for the interfacing between various platforms.


Impact Scope

The discontinuation of the TAPD Partner Edition login page primarily affects some existing users who have not yet upgraded. Therefore, these users will gradually receive email instructions on upgrading their TAPD account to TAI. Following the upgrade, they can directly use their TAI account for signing in and using the TAPD Partner Edition.

Other users, including new users and those who have already completed the upgrade, will not be affected by the discontinuation of the login page.。

1. How do I know which method to use to sign in to TAPD?
