太湖•腾讯离岸账号与身份认证中心简介

太湖•腾讯离岸账号与身份认证中心是由太湖团队针对腾讯离岸研发场景打造的统一账号管理体系,业务方可通过太湖进行账号的创建、管理等操作,合作伙伴可以通过邮件自主进行账号的激活、重置等操作,也能够使用到更加安全的 2FA 等登录方式。同时,也可以通过太湖一个账号,实现多个不同的离岸研发工具,如TAPD、工蜂、蓝盾(对接中)等平台的登录,有效的解决了过往不同离岸平台不同账号的痛点,也为各平台之间的对接打下了良好的基础。

常见问题及解决方案

1. 已经完成了太湖账号的初始化或者升级,如何使用TAPD?

   答:登录到太湖,在应用列表中点击TAPD合作伙伴版即可自动登录跳转至TAPD合作伙伴版进行使用。

2. 收不到太湖的激活邮件怎么办?

   答:可以联系您的接口人,由接口人在企业微信上联系 2000(TEG技术支持) 转太湖,说明太湖离岸账号无法收到邮件,并提供邮箱寻求支持。

3. 为什么账号突然提示被冻结了?

   答:太湖离岸身份认证中心有登录保护机制,如果连续输入错误5次,将会自动冻结账号,可以通过邮件进行解冻。

4. 登录时通过了太湖的登录鉴权,但是跳转到TAPD时无法正常登录该怎么办?

   答:可以联系您的接口人,由接口人在企业微信上联系 5001(TAPD热线) 联系我们的客服;或点击问题反馈联系我们定位问题。

To better serve users of the TAPD Partner Edition (tapd.tencent.com), optimize the efficiency of account applications and management for the TAPD Partner Edition, and enhance the security of offshore accounts, the TAPD Partner Edition account system was upgraded to Taihu • Tencent Offshore Account and Identity Authentication Center on April 15, 2024. Introduction to Taihu • Tencent Offshore Account and Identity Authentication Center

Taihu • Tencent Offshore Account and Identity Authentication Center is a unified account management system developed by the Taihu team for Tencent's offshore R&D scenarios. Business parties can create and manage accounts through Taihu, while partners can independently activate or reset accounts via email. They can also use more secure login methods such as 2FA. Additionally, a single Taihu account can be used to log in to multiple offshore R&D tools, such as TAPD, Code Bees, and Blue Shield (under integration), effectively addressing the pain points of using different accounts for different offshore platforms and laying a solid foundation for integration between platforms.

If you have not yet obtained a Tencent Partner account, please contact your liaison at Tencent Group to apply for an account on the Taihu platform. If you already have a Tencent Partner account, you can click the button below to log in:

Frequently Asked Questions and Solutions

1. How to use TAPD after completing the initialization or upgrade of the Taihu account?

   Answer: Log in to Taihu, click on the TAPD Partner Edition in the application list to automatically log in and redirect to the TAPD Partner Edition for use.

2. What if I don't receive the activation email from Taihu?

   Answer: Contact your liaison, who can reach out to 2000 (TEG Technical Support) on Corporate WeChat to escalate the issue to Taihu, explaining that the offshore account cannot receive emails and providing the email address for support.

3. Why is my account suddenly frozen?

   Answer: The Taihu Offshore Identity Authentication Center has a login protection mechanism. If incorrect credentials are entered five times consecutively, the account will be automatically frozen. You can unfreeze it via email.

4. I passed the Taihu login authentication, but I cannot log in to TAPD after redirection. What should I do?

   Answer: Contact your liaison, who can reach out to 5001 (TAPD Hotline) on Corporate WeChat to connect with our customer service; or click Feedback to report the issue for resolution.
